"Yeah I know that, she has a tough time at home for the most part," Jeroud answered. Surpringsly enough, he and Mimi were actually very serious about their relationship and both had opened up to each other about things they had never shared with anyone else.

Giselle smiled slightly at the tone Jeroud used. "You really like her, don't you?"

Jeroud grinned a little. "What do you think?" he replied before looking over at Phoebe. "I think she's about ready to go."

Giselle chuckled softly, Phoebe giggling in response to the attention Jeroud gave her. "I think I got my answer." She said softly. "I think you will be uncle Jer's substitute date tonight." She cooed to her baby.

Jeroud laughed a little. "Sure she's not a little young for me?" he teased as Alec helped get the stroller outside.

"Dates don't have to be all about romance Jeroud." Giselle said with a chuckle as she bounced Phoebe and carried over to strap her on.

Jeroud laughed softly following the two of them outside again. "So where are we headed?" he asked, smiling as Phoebe grinned over Giselle's shoulder at him.

"I'm not sure," Giselle said looking at Jeroud and then at Alec. "I'm sort of in the mood for Mexican though."

Alec smiled a little. "Sounds good to me," he said, buckling Phoebe up in her stroller, while she clapped happily and gummed on some large rubber rings.

Giselle pulled down the stroller cover down so Phoebe's cute face didn't get sunburned. "Mexican it is."

They made their way down the street, Alec pushing Phoebe as she watched the world around her with huge curious eyes. Jeroud stayed behind a couple of steps, still keeping up, but more to keep an eye on Phoebe. He had to admit, she was so adorable.

Giselle stuck her hands in her coat pockets and walked along side her boys and her favorite girl. She had to admit, she thought living together would be harder but... She liked it a lot.

"So Phoebe can eat regular food already?" Jeroud asked, curious about anything and everything about her.

"She eats baby food sometimes and crackers and cookies but she still hasn't tried solid meals even though she tries to reach at everything that we eat." Giselle said, answering his question tenderly. "Her diet is still mostly milk. But we are balancing it at the moment."

Jeroud smiled a little at that. "Is she teething?" he asked her.

"Not yet, but she is real close." Giselle said, remembering how Phoebe had started gumming on everything!

As if to answer it on her own, Phoebe giggled loudly and continued gumming on her rubber rings. She cooed everytime someone would pass by and stare at them for a couple of seconds with her huge wide eyes.

"You see," Giselle said with a grin as she watched Phoebe gumming at her rubber rings. "But she doesn't cry in discomfort yet so I don't think so." Or the baby books didn't think so.

"Doesn't giving them a little bit of whiskey or something help them?" he asked, grinning a little as Phoebe slobbered over her hand.

Giselle's lips pursed a bit and shook her head. "I don't really like that theory." She said softly.

Jeroud grinned sheepishly. "It's just something I've heard," he said, just as they arrived at the restaurant.

"I've heard it too but it seems fishy." Gigi said before she asked for a table for three with enough space for the stroller. She was excited about being out.

"Yeah, I'm definitely not gonna have Phoebe getting a taste for liquor when she can barely stand up on her own," Alec pointed out, bringing the stroller in close to the table as they sat down.

"She's getting nowhere liquor or boys until she is 30." Giselle said, completely serious too.

Jeroud laughed a little. "You know that just means she'll end up sneaking out to parties right?" he teased.
