"And I'll deal with that when the time gets here." Giselle said poking Phoebe's nose before she began to look at the menu. "I just don't want her ending up in as much trouble as I did."

Jeroud gave a small awkward smile. "She'll be okay," he said, but then again, you never knew. Giselle had been a smart girl and well...Phoebe just sitting there giggling and smiling up at her mom just proved all of that.

Giselle grinned at Jeroud over the menu and then averted her eyes at the words again. "How about we order an fajita platter for all of us?" She asked. "And nachos."

"Sounds good," Jeroud answered, grinning a little when he realized he and Alec had said it at the same time. It was kinda of a reminder that they were still brothers in a way, even after all that had happened.

Giselle smiled a little and then busied herself playing with Phoebe. It wasn't weird being with the two of them anymore but still Giselle had many memories she felt a bit guilty about.

The waitress came and got their order, cooing over Phoebe cutely. Which was not suprisingly, she got attention not matter where she was and she adored every moment of it.

"You're an attention brat," Giselle cooed playfully as Phoebe giggled and reached for her mother lazily. Giselle picked her up for the time being, until food got there.

Phoebe giggled, squirming happily when Giselle picked her up. "I think that's a yes," Alec said with a small grin, watching as Phoebe cuddled up into her mom again.

"The answer is always yes with her, isn't it sweetheart." She said with a cooing voice. This was her life she was holding, the thing she loved most in the world.

Phoebe squealed happily at all the attention. She gave her mother's cheek a big slobbery kiss and beamed back at her, shaking her arms happily.

Giselle hugged Phoebe closely to her chest, kissing her cute little hands as they laughed together. She didn't even notice when their drinks arrived.

"She's so adorable," the waitress said, placing their drinks down in front of them. "What's her name?"

"Phoebe," Alec and Jeroud answered simultaniously.

The watiress laughed softly. "And which one of you is her father?" she asked.

Giselle always felt like she was stabbed when people asked that but without even a glance at Jeroud, she leaned against Alec and grinned. "Him, of course." She said naturally, Phoebe cooing up at her father.

"So cute," the waitress said, smiling at the couple and figuring the other man was just a friend or something.

"Thank you," Giselle said, slowly looking at Jeroud after the waitress left and quickly looking away to put Phoebe back on the stroller and give her some snacks.

Jeroud rubbed the back of his neck, smiling a little sheepishly. "She definitely knows how to get attention," he said, grinning.

"Well... She has attention calling in her genes." Giselle said automatically as she handed Phoebe a cookie to munch on.

Phoebe smiled wide and grabbed at the cookie, promptly sucking on it adorably.

Jeroud grinned. "I don't doubt that in the least," he said, as her large green eyes flickered with the conversation.

"I didn't think you would," Giselle teased as she slid one hand into Alec's and watched her ex boyfriend, father of her daughter and now friend from across the table.

"Need me to give you guys some privacy?" he asked, grinning from across the table as Giselle cuddled in closer to his brother.

"Why would we ask you for that? I invited you to come to dinner." Giselle said softly.

Jeroud chuckled softly. "I'm only teasing," he said, "But Phoebe and I will take off if you want," he told her playfully.

Giselle chuckled. "No need really, this is a family dinner." She said contently, but she appreciated the thought. She really did.

"Fine, but keep it PG, there are children watching," he teased, Phoebe giggling at the tone of his voice.

Giselle chuckled and looked at Alec and then at Jeroud. "We're not even doing anything, stu-silly." She said with a roll of her eyes, their time arriving just in time.
